Immersed in the tranquility of the countryside, just a short drive from Asti, we invite you to join us in the preparation of two authentic fresh pasta recipes, rooted in our local tradition and inspired by the richness of our land and the freshness of its seasonal produce. Whenever possible, we select vegetables directly from our garden, ensuring freshness and authenticity.
For dessert, we will follow the original tiramisu recipe, expertly combining its traditional flavors. We will welcome our guests with a welcome drink accompanied by bread or breadsticks made with our homemade sourdough.
