    Welcome to the heart of the local culinary tradition, where every dish tells the story of our land.

    The menu will be seasonal, consisting of two appetizers, a first course, main course with side dish and dessert, made with zero-kilometer products, following ancient sideboard recipes, a true hymn to history and freshness and authenticity. Selected meats, from our neighbor Franco's farm, guarantee authentic flavors and unparalleled quality. Vegetables from the garden, harvested every morning, bring to the table the unique taste of the passion and effort we put into making you enjoy unforgettable experiences. Enjoy!

    My father is from Marche and my mother is from Abruzzo. I have lived for long periods in Ascoli Piceno, Bologna, Foligno, Paris, Milan, and now in Maretto in Piedmont. From all these places, I carry beautiful memories and a love for the land, customs, and extraordinary cuisine within me. My cuisine is sincere; I enjoy preserving the past and the traditional beliefs of my grandmothers, with a touch of my own imagination. I live in the countryside and use seasonal flavors from the garden and spices, eggs from the hens in the henhouse, and all the meat is raised by the neighbor next door. I am an academic member of the Italian Academy of Cuisine and a sommelier. Wines are carefully paired and selected from my personal cellar located beneath the dining room, with more than a thousand bottles to choose from. I organize a champagne breakfast once a month on Sundays
