My partner and I have a deep love for healthy cuisine, favoring zero-kilometer products typical of Piedmontese tradition. We often engage in preparing dishes from other regions, such as Sicilian specialties learned from the wisdom of wonderful local housewives. Our passion for cooking is especially expressed when we gather family and friends around our table, making our home a vibrant hub of conviviality. For this very reason, we asked ourselves: "Why not introduce other people to the local specialties that we prepare with so much love?"
