We begin the tour with a delicious appetiser, homemade lard with chiciola (fried polenta dough), and continue with a first course that was cooked on the putagè (wood-burning stove), which we recreate using our wood-fired oven, supa mitunà (a soup made with homemade bread, vegetables and cheese). To finish, a leavened dessert, tirà, which was originally made using leftover bread dough. Accompanied, of course, by a local wine.
