Hi from Betta!

I am a former architect who has been cooking for more than 20 years in restaurants in Turin and Asti (I had my own business) and for the past five years I have been living happily in the countryside where I run a B&B. Sometimes I run a home restaurant! I enjoy sharing local recipes, as the Asti area offers incredible flavors and ingredients (from truffles to trilobate hazelnuts).
