I am a passionate cook dedicated to rediscovering ancient, forgotten recipes. In my home in the Asti area of Monferrato, I bring back to life the refined cuisine of the late 18th century, drawing inspiration from the historical cookbook Il cuoco piemontese perfezionato a Parigi. This passion is deeply reflected in the dishes I prepare. My experiences are designed as a little journey back in time: at the end of the 19th century, the very place where I now live was home to a horse-changing station, a small hotel, and an inn. I look forward to welcoming you and sharing historical recipes, local wines, traditional food, and the history of this fascinating region.
