Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

Welcome to my kitchen! If you love traditional cooking, with its intense aromas and family stories, this is the experience for you. I’ll welcome you into my home for a real journey back in time to rediscover ancient Piedmontese recipes – the ones that require time, passion and authentic ingredients.

During the course, we’ll cook a special menu together that exudes tradition and conviviality. We’ll start with the classic peppers in bagna cauda, a starter that embodies the very soul of our region. We’ll then move to the hob to prepare the main course: traditional tajarin, mixing eggs and flour together. We’ll finish on a sweet note with the classic hazelnut cake recipe.
