Shared Experience
Your experience

I will open the doors of my home to share with you not only the culinary techniques, but also the warmth of hospitality. During this course, I will reveal all the secrets, starting with the basic dough for our fresh pasta and proceeding together to make ravioli, step by step. Finally, we will turn our attention to the famous and beloved spoon dessert: Tiramisu. You will have the opportunity to enjoy traditional Piedmontese hors d'oeuvres and the best local products, and then taste everything we have carefully prepared. I look forward to a unique and fun experience in the kitchen!

We had an exceptional evening at Benedetta's! A warm, family-like, and yet very professional welcome. I had never had such an experience. I have celiac disease, so gluten is strictly forbidden for me, and Benedetta (notified in advance) adapted the menu to be compatible with this constraint, while providing a delicious and local meal for our small group of five. The sharing was joyful, simple, and respectful. Her mother and daughter participated in the preparations and the meal, and we loved the atmosphere of this delicious dinner with rich interactions. A huge thank you!!!

This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a very long time. From the moment I arrived, Benedetta made me feel completely at home. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, patient, and attentive throughout the entire experience. Learning how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu in her home was amazing, but what made everything unforgettable was the atmosphere she created. Cooking together, sharing a meal with her family, and spending time around the table with such incredible women made me feel like part of the family for the day. Everything was beautifully prepared and organized with so much care, and the food was absolutely delicious. She explained every step very clearly and made the whole experience feel easy, relaxing, and sooo fun. This was such an authentic and special experience, and one of the highlights of my trip to Italy. If you are visiting Turin, I truly recommend doing this experience with Benedetta. Thank you again for such a beautiful memory.

I had the most incredible experience with Benedetta! She welcomed me to her home and taught me how to make the specialty pastas of Piemonte, where my family is from. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, made me feel at home while making sure I learned the process and the details. We had wine and a wonderful meal together. I could not have more praise for her. Thank you so much!

Our cooking class with Benedetta was one of the highlights of our trip! We had the best time learning how to make pasta with her and her family in her charming home. She was patient, encouraging and an excellent chef! Dinner was so enjoyable that we ended up asking for the recipe and pasta maker recommendations so we could try to replicate the dinner at home with our kids. We highly recommend any experience with Benedetta!

Seductive, regal, and a little French — that’s Turin. There’s always something to do here: from the Mole Antonelliana to the Reggia di Venaria, from chocolate treats to a special dinner... at my house. I’ve nurtured a passion for the culinary arts since I was little, growing up surrounded by good food and traditional Piedmontese recipes, always prepared with fresh produce from the local markets. Simplicity, a light touch, and excellent ingredients are the foundation of my cooking. I also love blending tradition with a touch of originality and innovation — a passion that comes naturally to me, thanks to my background in art and design, which is also my profession.
