I am happy to welcome you to my home in the heart of the historic city center of Turin. My antique and cozy apartment is furnished with traditional Piedmontese furniture and enriched with art objects that I have collected over the years. Here, I conduct my cooking class, where I teach how to prepare typical Piedmontese appetizers, homemade butter and sage ravioli, following my grandmother's recipe, and the perfect tiramisu. After the course, we will have the pleasure of tasting our creations together, accompanied by excellent local wine. I look forward to seeing you in Turin!

I took this course with my dad and it was a beautiful experience! Benedetta and her wonderful family welcomed us and made us feel at ease, and we learned so many things about pasta! Thanks again! ❤️

Le Cesarine brings families together. It is far more than just a culinary experience; it is about sharing cultures and forging friendships. Thanks to Le Cesarine, we met Benedetta. She taught us how to make fantastic homemade pasta and a delicious tiramisu. But that wasn't all: yesterday, we found ourselves at her home—along with la mamma and Zoe—spending a wonderful Venezuelan evening together. Thank you, Cesarine, and thank you, Benedetta: you turned our trip to Turin into an unforgettable memory.

Benedetta is a very special person with a special family…Zoé e la nonna. She is an excellent teacher of not only cooking but the culinary traditions of Piedmont. You can feel her joy and her love for what she does and how she connects with the many guests that come to her house. Zoé is an excellent teacher of games too! Together with la nonna, I enjoyed a most special and memorable evening. The food is delicious and I feel I can replicate this once I return home. What a lovely way to nourish people’s hearts as well as their appetites!

Seductive, regal, and a little French — that’s Turin. There’s always something to do here: from the Mole Antonelliana to the Reggia di Venaria, from chocolate treats to a special dinner... at my house. I’ve nurtured a passion for the culinary arts since I was little, growing up surrounded by good food and traditional Piedmontese recipes, always prepared with fresh produce from the local markets. Simplicity, a light touch, and excellent ingredients are the foundation of my cooking. I also love blending tradition with a touch of originality and innovation — a passion that comes naturally to me, thanks to my background in art and design, which is also my profession.
