Benedetta and her family were incredibly welcoming during the whole experience. I have never made pasta before and she was amazing at the lessons that I am ready to make pasta on my own! She is very patient, and she is very knowledgeable with all the questions I asked during our class. I highly recommend her for anyone at any level!

Benedetta mi ha accolto con un sorriso sincero e mi ha portato a scoprire il mercato di Porta Palazzo, raccontandomi curiosità, tradizioni e storie legate ai prodotti del territorio. Una volta a casa, insieme a sua madre, mi hanno aperto le porte della loro cucina e del loro cuore. Abbiamo preparato la pasta fresca fianco a fianco, chiacchierando come se ci conoscessimo da sempre. Mi sono sentita accolta, ascoltata e davvero “a casa”. È stato uno scambio autentico, ricco di calore umano, di racconti di vita e di piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza. Un’esperienza unica, vera e profondamente appagante, che porterò con me come uno dei ricordi più belli del mio compleanno.
