    We’re Chiara and Francesco, your Cesarini, and we welcome you to our cozy rooftop to share the secrets of homemade pizza. Together, we’ll prepare a high-hydration dough that bakes into a soft, airy, and fragrant crust, just like in a pizzeria. We’ll top it with the finest Piedmontese ingredients: fiordilatte cheese from the valleys, artisanal cured meats, and fresh seasonal vegetables. After baking the pizzas in our rooftop oven, we’ll enjoy them with a glass of local wine. To finish on a sweet note, you’ll also get to savor a dessert pizza with gianduja cream — a small but unforgettable Piedmontese treat.

    Chiara and Francesco, a couple from Turin with Sicilian roots, united in life and in the kitchen, open their home to share true Italian cooking.
     Chiara, a chemistry lab teacher, sees the kitchen as a living laboratory where taste, tradition, and science come together. She loves experimenting, especially with desserts, combining technique, creativity, and the scents of home.
     Francesco is a car designer: precise, creative, and passionate about pizza. For him, dough-making is an act of love and care. He always seeks the perfect crust — tall, airy, and soft — which has become their signature.
     In their modern and welcoming kitchen, every recipe is an invitation to discover authentic flavors and share moments of conviviality: calzones, pizza, arancine, and a variety of desserts are their specialties.
