Hello, welcome to my home! My name is Benedetta and I have always loved traditional Piedmontese cuisine. In my cooking class, I will teach you how to prepare three of our most famous dishes: ravioli, agnolotti del plin, and tajarin. I will show you all the secrets to making perfect fresh pasta, from preparing the dough to creating the different shapes of pasta. I will guide you step by step in preparing the fillings and sauces that accompany these delicious dishes. You will also learn how to select the right ingredients and choose the most suitable wines to pair with your dishes. At the end of the lesson, we will sit down together to enjoy the fruits of our labor, accompanied by a bottle of Piedmontese wine.

- Questa esperienza ha superato le aspettative. Inizialmente ero un po’ agitata, ma non appena sono entrata a casa di Benedetta mi sono sentita subito al mio agio. Benedetta é un mix di professionalità, grinta, dolcezza ed empatia.
