Hello, welcome to my home! I am Benedetta and I have always loved traditional Piedmontese cuisine. In my cooking class, I will teach you how to make three of our most famous specialties: ravioli, agnolotti del plin, and tajarin. I will show you all the secrets to making perfect fresh pasta, from preparing the dough to making the different pasta shapes. I will guide you step by step in the preparation of the fillings and sauces that accompany these delicious dishes. At the end of the class, we will taste together to enjoy the fruits of our labor, accompanied by a bottle of Piedmontese wine. My home, located in the heart of Turin, is cozy and full of history. I am happy to share my passion for cooking with you!

Everything about our cooking class with Benedetta was exceptional! The food was amazing, she went above and beyond being a chef and host for us. Best tiramisu I’ve ever had and can now make on my own! Will forever remember this experience and definitely recommend to anyone!!! Our teenage daughters loved it! And we came during a heat wave and were so thankful she had air conditioning.
