We’ll start at Porta Palazzo Market, where we’ll visit our favorite stalls and one of the best wine shops in the city. As we walk back home, we’ll pass through the vibrant Vanchiglia district and stop at a historic flour shop. Once at my place, we’ll begin a 2-hour cooking class, where we’ll prepare a dish of fresh pasta, such as gnocchi or tajarin, and I’ll guide you step by step. We’ll top it with a seasonal sauce and enjoy it with a glass of local wine. This is the perfect experience for anyone looking to explore the gastronomic soul of Turin. I can’t wait to share this memory with you – see you soon!

- Sara and Alessio we are the greatest host we could imagine. We had a wonderful evening with a lot of fun, good jokes and very much we additionally learned to our existing experience with making pasta. We had the possibility to get more familiar with the Piemontese cuisine and with general tips and tricks making pasta. It was really a 10/10 experience and we would recommend everyone who loves cooking (and eating) to do it with Sara and Alessio.
