We’ll start at Porta Palazzo Market, where we’ll visit our favorite stalls and one of the best wine shops in the city. As we walk back home, we’ll pass through the vibrant Vanchiglia district and stop at a historic flour shop. Once at my place, we’ll begin a 2-hour cooking class, where we’ll prepare a dish of fresh pasta, such as gnocchi or tajarin, and I’ll guide you step by step. We’ll top it with a seasonal sauce and enjoy it with a glass of local wine. This is the perfect experience for anyone looking to explore the gastronomic soul of Turin.
