: There are not adequate enough words to describe the perfection in which this beautiful, enriched, unforgettable cooking class with Benedetta, Zoe and Gigi will be for you. Benedetta made our trip to Turino the best experience we could have ever dreamed of. Benedetta, Zoe and Gigi are immensely welcoming, kind, patient and full of life. We always wanted to know how to make fresh pasta, ravioli and tiramisu but had no idea where to begin, what a gift and honor having Benedetta teach us. Even though we messed up she was so kind to show us how to work around it and fix it. Booking this experience with Benedetta will be the best experience of your trip. Tonight was truly one of the best nights of our lives please don’t hesitate and book your date asap.

: We had a wonderfull experience with Benedetta, Zoé and nonna Gigi. Their hospitality made us feel that it was rather a family dinner than a kitchen course. Benedetta teaches well, it was obvious. She gives clear instructions, she listens, she makes sure you get it and she corrects you when you're doing things wrong. And she does all that with smile and joy :) In our case, the dinner was not only about eating, but mostly about sharing cultures and life stories. Not only have we learned to cook some dishes, but we also discoreved a wonderfull woman. Absolutely recommended.

: I had a wonderful time getting to meet Benedetta, her mother, and daughter. Benedetta is a very patient and kind teacher. She made sure that we all understood the whole process if what we were cooking and always demonstarted how to do things before letting us do it. Benedetta got to know each of us and even told us where the best markets in Turin were. The whole experiance incredibly welocimg and fun! It was definitely a highlight of my trip to Turin!

Simplicity, a light touch and excellent ingredients are fundamental elements in her kitchen.
