Hi from Benedetta!

Seductive, regal and a little French. There is always something to do in Turin: from the “Mole” to Venaria, from chocolate treats to a special dinner at Benedetta's house.Our Cesarina nurtures a passion for the culinary art, having enjoyed good food from an early age with her traditional recipes of Piedmont, prepared with fresh produce from the local markets. Simplicity, a light touch and excellent ingredients are fundamental elements in her kitchen. She also loves combining tradition with a touch of originality and innovation, thanks also to her passion (and profession) for art and design.

Un’esperienza meravigliosa e autentica! Il corso è stato un perfetto mix di tradizione, passione e convivialità. La mamma, la figlia e la nipote creano un’atmosfera familiare e accogliente, facendo sentire tutti a casa. Le ricette sono spiegate con cura e trasmettono tutto l’amore per la cucina. È stato un vero piacere imparare da loro e condividere questo momento speciale. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole vivere un’esperienza culinaria genuina e indimenticabile!

Nous recommandons vivement cette expérience. Benedetta nous a accueilli chez elle avec sa famille. Nous avons passé un très bon moment, comme chez des amis. Le repas était vraiment bon. A faire si possible dès votre arrivée pour avoir les bons plans de Turin.

Unique experience visiting the market with someone knowing and tasting a variety of local specialties. I had my first Vermouth tasting, a smoky Vermouth with cookie pairing. The experience did not finish at the actual tour. Benedetta gave recommendations for everything on my to try list, including gelati, bagna cauda and wine bar. A different, memorable and enjoyable experience. Thank you Benedetta!

Tutto ottimo moltissimo voto 10 perché 5 è troppo poco ,accoglienza do 10 ,semplicità 10, familiarità 10,insegnamento 10, ho imparato a fare limpasto delle tagliatelle colorate naturalmente e in più le ho mangiate tutto molto ottimo gentilissime ci ritornerò sicuramente Voto 10 perché 5 è veramente troppo poco
