Hi from Benedetta!

Seductive, regal, and a little French — that’s Turin. There’s always something to do here: from the Mole Antonelliana to the Reggia di Venaria, from chocolate treats to a special dinner... at my house.I’ve nurtured a passion for the culinary arts since I was little, growing up surrounded by good food and traditional Piedmontese recipes, always prepared with fresh produce from the local markets.Simplicity, a light touch, and excellent ingredients are the foundation of my cooking. I also love blending tradition with a touch of originality and innovation — a passion that comes naturally to me, thanks to my background in art and design, which is also my profession.

Bella esperienza, Benedetta é un’ottima padrona di casa che apre le porte del suo appartamento e ti accoglie come un vecchio amico. Simpatica e coinvolgente, ti accompagna nella preparazione dei ravioli (nel nostro caso). Tutto in maniera semplice ed efficace. Ottima compagnia di Zoe e Luisa abbiamo cenato insieme tra due risate e qualche ritratto della figlia. Alla prossima!
