Just steps away from one of Italy's most beautiful Savoy residences and a UNESCO heritage site, the Reggia di Venaria, in the middle of the pedestrian street, you'll find my kitchen ready to host you. I'm a dad who loves to cook, a passion born on Sunday mornings of my childhood, spent watching the delicacies prepared by my mother and grandmother. I believe that behind every aroma in the kitchen, in every dish, there is always a memory of our childhood that deserves to be awakened. My cuisine is based on traditional dishes enriched with a touch of innovation to constantly explore new flavors, from risotto to homemade fresh pasta, from meat entrees to traditional Piedmontese and Italian desserts. I look forward to sharing this experience with you.
