Cooking is my greatest passion. There’s something truly magical about turning simple ingredients into dishes that tell stories, evoke emotions, and celebrate cultures.I fell in love with Italian regional cuisine—especially Sardinian, my homeland; Piedmontese, the region that adopted me; and Sicilian, a place that has captured my heart. Every dish is a journey through memories, family traditions, and the unique flavors of each region.And then, there’s travel: discovering new dishes, spices, and techniques is a never-ending adventure that enriches me and inspires new culinary creations.My friends know how much I love to experiment, blending my Sardinian roots with Piedmontese and Sicilian influences, all enhanced by flavors and inspirations gathered from my travels around the world.
