Hi from Sara!

Tradition is an innovation that has brought us this far. Starting from the local raw materials, I transform them following both the lessons from my mother and grandmother and the techniques learned through studies and travels. For me, cooking is primarily about conviviality, sharing, and exchange... Always accompanied by a good glass of wine! I prefer first courses and baked goods, smoked meats, and recently I have been producing homemade cured meats. My favorite dish... It's the next one I'll have the opportunity to try!

: Overall the tour was great and was my first tour where I was the sole attendee. Sara and Alessio were very enthusiastic and showed me a number of places alongside the rich history that accompanies them. For their first tour, it was a lovely experience. With time, they shall be well rehearsed and develop a better relationship with the food stops to ensure a smooth experience. I highly recommend them both if you want to feel like a local with all the tips!
