Hi from Federica!

I’m a 25-year-old woman who recently discovered that she wants to make cooking her life. My home — or rather, ours, since it’s me, my partner Domenico, and our cat Cleo — is like Peter Pan’s house: a place where everyone finds kind words and something warm to enjoy.I love cooking first courses; homemade pasta is my great passion, and I always try to reinterpret traditional recipes with an innovative touch.I also really enjoy cooking fish, both first and second courses. I adore the delicacy of this ingredient and the slow pace at which it can be savored.I’m exploring vegetarian cooking, not with the aim of excluding animal proteins from my diet, but with the desire to increasingly highlight vegetables in my dishes.
