    I have always loved making fresh pasta and I have always shared it with my partner Alessio. We are keen to offer you this experience in order to share with you all the secrets we have discovered over the years and the tricks we have learned by flaking kilos and kilos of pasta.

    We will start from the doughs, knowing and appreciating their characteristics and differences, and after that we will sheet, stuff and prepare three iconic types of Piedmontese pasta: tajarin, ravioli and gnocchi. At the end, your efforts will be rewarded by tasting our preparations paired with sauces and a good glass of wine!

    Il corso tenuto da Sara e Alessio è veramente speciale. Ci hanno accolto con un calore unico, facendoci sentire come a casa. Oltre ad aver imparato tantissime cose sulla pasta e sui prodotti tipici piemontesi, abbiamo passato una serata splendida all'insegna del buon cibo. La soddisfazione nel preparare un buon piatto con le proprie mani è impagabile, e Sara e Alessio sono stati ottime guide grazie alla loro preparazione e competenza. Consigliato vivamente a tutti!

    100% book Sara for your cooking class or food adventure. My young adult kids and I enjoyed a hands on experience making pasta and tiramisu with Sara and her mom. We learned, laughed and sat down to a marvelous home cooked appertivo beyond our expectations. Sara shared her own cured prosciutto!     Sara and her husband, Alessio, were excellent hosts and ensured that we had an amazing evening in their home. We made three types of pastas/sauces, and Sara provided a comprehensive list of all the recipes from our delicious dinner. 😊 It was easy to ask questions during the meal preparation, which made us feel even more confident about making the dishes at home. Sara and Alessio not only have a passion for cooking, but they also shared family traditions and knowledge of the Piedmont region that truly enriched our visit to Torino. Great food, drinks, conversation, and new friends. Definitely one of our favorite experiences while in Turin and highly recommended!!

    Tradition is an innovation that has brought us this far. Starting from the local raw materials, I transform them following both the lessons from my mother and grandmother and the techniques learned through studies and travels. For me, cooking is primarily about conviviality, sharing, and exchange... Always accompanied by a good glass of wine! I prefer first courses and baked goods, smoked meats, and recently I have been producing homemade cured meats. My favorite dish... It's the next one I'll have the opportunity to try!
