    Hi everyone, I'm Benedetta, a Cesarina in Turin, and I'm ready to teach you the secrets of Tiramisu, the most beloved Italian dessert in the world.

    At the beginning of the course, there will be a welcome aperitif for all participants. During the cooking class, I will show you how to prepare the classic version of Tiramisu with my family recipe. I will also teach you some summer variations, such as fruit Tiramisu with peaches and strawberries. We will use fresh, seasonal ingredients including mascarpone, coffee, and cocoa powder. I will also give you some tips to customize your Tiramisu. Come and visit me in my kitchen, I'm waiting for you!

    Would like to recommend this workshop to anyone interested. Benedetta was a very great host providing all I needed to know regarding the Tiramisu making.     Entrare in casa di Benedetta è stato come un abbraccio: oltre ad avere imparato (finalmente) come fare la pasta ripiena, ho passato una mattinata e un pranzo in compagnia di persone meravigliose. Mi è stata regalata questa esperienza per il mio addio al nubilato e in quanto sposa so di poter essere piuttosto rompiscatole quindi non mento quanto dico che è stata una delle cooking class più belle a cui io abbia mai partecipato - forse proprio perché è ben più che questo. Benedetta è bravissima a metterti a tuo agio, impossibile non imparare a preparare i plin e i tajarin… con il suo coinvolgimento e la sua passione avrai voglia di diventare uno chef al primo impasto! Il pranzo che abbiamo fatto insieme alla meravigliosa famiglia di Benedetta mi ha scaldato il cuore e fatto sentire a casa (e abitando lontana dalla mia famiglia non è una cosa facile o che do per scontata). La dolcezza della figlia, che ci ha intrattenuto con un gioco da tavolo, e la super personalità della madre di Benedetta, che è trasparita da tutte le sue storie, ha fatto volare le ore in loro compagnia tra risate, piantini della sottoscritta ai mille complimenti e auguri ricevuti, e piatti deliziosi (anche da noi preparati! Incredibile!). È stato magico, e consiglio a tutti, soprattutto alle amiche delle future spose, di conoscere Benedetta e farvi trascinare dalla sua gentilezza e simpatia!!

    Such a fantastic experience! We were warmly welcomed into Benedetta’s home and made three pasta dishes. Her communication was perfect and she was patient with us throughout the process.
