During the course, I will teach you how to make the most famous and delicious biscuits, from hazelnut shortbread to cat's tongue biscuits, using high-quality ingredients. You will also be able to taste the deliciousness of freshly baked biscuits accompanied by a selection of hot drinks such as hot chocolate, zabaglione or fragrant tea. The course takes place in a welcoming and informal atmosphere, ideal for learning Piedmontese cooking techniques and spending a pleasant and enjoyable evening. No cooking experience is necessary; I will guide you step by step to create your own artisan biscuits and surprise your guests with an unforgettable culinary experience.
