In the heart of downtown Turin, my wife and I are waiting for you to teach you how to best prepare (and then replicate at home) some traditional recipes. She will take care of filling your glasses, I will tell you some tricks and details to get super results from a simple dish of pasta. Your family and friends will be amazed at your skills.

Alberto and his wife were such gracious hosts! They knew how to make the small group, who did not know one another prior to meeting, feel comfortable with one another. As he coached us through the skills, Alberto explained not only what to do, but also what was happening within the ingredients and why the techniques he recommended were important. This prompted great conversation among the group, a truly international mix, about our own family favorites. In the time, we ended up with a variety of pastas and ways to flavor them, as well as a delicious dessert. Eating what we made Italian family style was the perfect finish!
