Lasagne with ragù
Tiramisu
Lasagna! A great classic of Italian cuisine, symbol of conviviality and tradition. Together we will knead the egg pasta dough, cook the ragù and prepare the béchamel sauce, then assemble and bake our lasagna, step by step. We will discover the secrets to obtaining thin pasta and a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Lasagna can be filled with different ingredients, meat, vegetables, cheese, or creative variations to satisfy every taste. While the aroma fills the kitchen, we will prepare tiramisu, a dessert that symbolizes Italy. An authentic and delicious experience to be enjoyed with your hands in the dough and a smile on your face.
We attended Matteo’s Lasagna/Tiramisu class in November, 2025, and had a wonderful experience. Matteo is a kind and patient instructor, and his recipes and instructions are easy to follow. Matteo was assisted in the kitchen by Ivan, and both instructors were great to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed the cooking process - and then we got to eat! The food was awesome, and the conversation around the dinner table was outstanding. Both Matteo and Ivan are warm and welcoming hosts as well as excellent instructors. While we enjoyed all of our time in Turin, the cooking class was definitely the highlight of our visit.
