From classic potato gnocchi variations to more creative versions with pumpkin, spinach or ricotta cheese, you will have the opportunity to indulge and create dishes that will please every palate.
Risotto: Risotto, the jewel of northern Italian cuisine, requires patience, care and attention. We will guide you through the process of preparing the perfect risotto, from using stock to choosing the right rice. We propose a timeless classic: risotto with porcini mushrooms, but we can agree together on other seasonal varieties.
