We will prepare together the different cuts of meat, cooked slowly to enhance their taste and tenderness, accompanied by typical sauces such as bagnetto verde and seasonal vegetables. - We really enjoyed our cooking experience with Benedetta and her mom. They were lovely and patiently showed us how to make pasta. We would love to do another class with them if we come back to Italy.
- Benedetta and her family were super welcoming! We had a lot of fun cooking some traditional food, and while cooking, she shared her knowledge of the region and the country! It was truly a once in a lifetime experience. I felt super at home during my whole time and left with a huge smile on my face! Truly couldn't recommend her more! She and her family are AMAZING!

There’s always something to do here: from the Mole Antonelliana to the Reggia di Venaria, from chocolate treats to a special dinner... at my house. I’ve nurtured a passion for the culinary arts since I was little, growing up surrounded by good food and traditional Piedmontese recipes, always prepared with fresh produce from the local markets. Simplicity, a light touch, and excellent ingredients are the foundation of my cooking. I also love blending tradition with a touch of originality and innovation — a passion that comes naturally to me, thanks to my background in art and design, which is also my profession.
