Join our cooking class and immerse yourself in one of the richest traditions of Piedmontese cuisine: bollito misto. We will prepare together the different cuts of meat, cooked slowly to enhance their taste and tenderness, accompanied by typical sauces such as bagnetto verde and seasonal vegetables. I’ve nurtured a passion for the culinary arts since I was little, growing up surrounded by good food and traditional Piedmontese recipes, always prepared with fresh produce from the local markets. Simplicity, a light touch, and excellent ingredients are the foundation of my cooking. I also love blending tradition with a touch of originality and innovation — a passion that comes naturally to me, thanks to my background in art and design, which is also my profession.
