- Our cooking class with Benedetta was one of the highlights of our trip! We had the best time learning how to make pasta with her and her family in her charming home. She was patient, encouraging and an excellent chef! Dinner was so enjoyable that we ended up asking for the recipe and pasta maker recommendations so we could try to replicate the dinner at home with our kids. Benedetta welcomed me with a sincere smile and took me to discover the Porta Palazzo market, telling me curiosities, traditions and stories related to the local products. Once at home, together with her mother, they opened the doors of their kitchen and their hearts to me. We prepared fresh pasta side by side, chatting as if we had known each other forever. I felt welcomed, listened to and truly “at home”. It was an authentic exchange, full of warmth, life stories and small gestures that make all the difference. A unique, genuine and deeply satisfying experience, which I will carry with me as one of the most beautiful memories of my birthday.
