I am Benedetta, a Cesarina from Turin, and I am happy to host you in my home in the historic center of the city. My house is an old and cozy apartment, furnished with traditional Piedmontese furniture and decorated with art objects that I have collected over the years. Here I organize my traditional cooking course "Mani in Pasta", where I teach typical Piedmontese appetizers, homemade butter and sage ravioli according to my grandmother's recipe, and the perfect tiramisu.
After the course, we will have the opportunity to taste the recipes prepared together at the table, with excellent local wine. I'm looking forward to seeing you in Turin!

- In addition to being an excellent chef, Benedetta is deeply passionate about her students and is a gracious hostess. Learning how to make fresh pasta had been a long-time wish of mine, and Benedetta and her mother made it happen wonderfully. It was like sharing a family lunch, complete with cheeses, salads, wine, pasta, and tiramisu to finish. Thank you, Benedetta, for this extraordinary experience.

- Everything about our cooking class with Benedetta was exceptional! The food was amazing, she went above and beyond being a chef and host for us.
