I am Benedetta, a Cesarina from Turin, and I am happy to host you in my home in the historic center of the city. My house is an old and cozy apartment, furnished with traditional Piedmontese furniture and decorated with art objects that I have collected over the years. Here I organize my traditional cooking course "Mani in Pasta", where I teach typical Piedmontese appetizers, homemade butter and sage ravioli according to my grandmother's recipe, and the perfect tiramisu.
After the course, we will have the opportunity to taste the recipes prepared together at the table, with excellent local wine. I'm looking forward to seeing you in Turin!

- A truly wonderful experience. The food was exquisite, and the conversation was very funny. Not only did we eat, but we also sang, played games, and I took the opportunity to practice my Italian since I am Spanish and am learning. I recommend doing it!
- Benedetta was a fantastic and extremely welcoming host, her mother and daughter were also extremely friendly and it felt like we were part of their family. The food Benedetta and her family cooked was superb and absolutely delicious, and the explanations and demonstrations were brilliant. We even got to assemble our own Tiramisu. The experience was amazing and a real great way to learn about Turin, would recommend both Cesarine and Benedetta to anyone visiting Turin!
- My vermouth outing wasn’t what I expected, and it was better: I was the only guest, and got to spend time with Benedetta, her mother, and her daughter. They were each wonderful company, and welcoming in their own ways; it was truly special ☺️ Of course, the food and drinks were great, and it was fun to learn about some new local things happening in the world of vermouth-making.
