Hello everyone, I'm Benedetta and I'm excited to welcome you to my kitchen in Turin for a true Italian culinary experience! Together, we'll prepare three traditional dishes using the finest local ingredients.
We'll start with a mixed appetizer of local specialties, such as cured meats and cheeses typical of Piedmont. Then, we'll learn how to make ravioli with butter and sage, a classic dish of Piedmontese cuisine, with homemade pasta and a delicious filling. Finally, we'll make the bonet, a traditional Turin dessert made with amaretti cookies and chocolate. You'll learn how to make the perfect custard and assemble the dessert like a true professional. During the class, you'll have the opportunity to discover the secrets of Piedmontese cuisine and taste the dishes with local wine!

- Unique experience visiting the market with someone knowing and tasting a variety of local specialties. I had my first Vermouth tasting, a smoky Vermouth with cookie pairing. The experience did not finish at the actual tour. Benedetta gave recommendations for everything on my to try list, including gelati, bagna cauda and wine bar. A different, memorable and enjoyable experience. Thank you Benedetta!

- Il corso di cucina con le Cesarine è stato un regalo e io ho scelto quello di pasta fresca tradizionale e colorata con Benedetta. Oltre a essere stata una lezione pratica molto utile è stata una serata speciale grazie a lei, a sua mamma e alla sua bambina che mi hanno accolta fin da subito in un ambiente familiare!
