Welcome to my home in the heart of Turin, where you will be welcomed for a unique dining experience inspired by the Piedmontese tradition of the merenda sinoira. This cold meal, usually eaten around 5 p.m. and extended until dinnertime, is considered the mother of all apericena in the world!
I will guide you through a selection of traditional dishes prepared with high-quality local ingredients, such as cured meats and cheeses typical of the region, accompanied by freshly baked bread and breadsticks. I will also show you how to prepare some of the dishes, so that you can take home with you the techniques and recipes to replicate this unique experience. I look forward to a special evening of tasting and great company in the heart of Turin.

Simpatica e coinvolgente, ti accompagna nella preparazione dei ravioli (nel nostro caso). Tutto in maniera semplice ed efficace. There’s always something to do here: from the Mole Antonelliana to the Reggia di Venaria, from chocolate treats to a special dinner... at my house. I’ve nurtured a passion for the culinary arts since I was little, growing up surrounded by good food and traditional Piedmontese recipes, always prepared with fresh produce from the local markets. Simplicity, a light touch, and excellent ingredients are the foundation of my cooking. I also love blending tradition with a touch of originality and innovation — a passion that comes naturally to me, thanks to my background in art and design, which is also my profession.
