Welcome to my home in the heart of Turin, where you will have the opportunity to try a unique culinary experience inspired by the Piedmontese tradition of merenda sinoira. This cold meal, usually consumed around 5:00 pm and extended until dinner time, is considered the mother of all aperitivo in the world!
I will guide you through a selection of traditional dishes prepared with high-quality local ingredients, such as cured meats and cheeses typical of the region, accompanied by freshly baked bread and grissini. I will also show you how to prepare some of the dishes, so that you can take home with you the techniques and recipes to replicate this unique experience. Come join me for a special evening of good food and great company in the heart of Turin.
