For us Italians, pasta is an indispensable ritual, a food that can be paired with anything, from the simplest to the most complex sauces.
Together, we will prepare three different types of pasta using flour, water, and eggs: we'll make orecchiette (or cavatelli), tagliatelle, and agnolotti. I'll reveal the secrets of each preparation, and at the end we'll dine together on our creations. I look forward to welcoming you in my apartment, just a stone's throw away from the Reggia di Venaria.
