    We had a fantastic workshop with Doretta and her English translator friend Roberta. Doretta is a very experienced chef and a very encouraging teacher. She coached us through 2 pastas and a dessert: a non-egg pasta, gnocchi, and tiramisu. The session was fun and inviting. We felt very triumphant eating the labours of our work later on. We also got quite some tips for the rest of our trip!
