Join Francesco and me in Turin for a journey into the heart of Sicilian street food.

In our kitchen, we’ll knead and bake together calzoni filled with ham and mozzarella, rollò with sausage, and pizzette. For a vegetarian option, we’ll prepare calzoni with greens, pizzette, and ravazzate with mushrooms and cheese. Whether you’re a passionate home cook or simply a food lover, you’ll enjoy an authentic hands-on experience with two locals, where knowledge is shared and flavors are celebrated in true Southern Italian style. To complete the experience: typical Sicilian wine, good music, and the famous Iris with ricotta, a soft, rich pastry that’s a real gem of our tradition.

Chiara and Francesco, a couple from Turin with Sicilian roots, united in life and in the kitchen, open their home to share true Italian cooking.
 Chiara, a chemistry lab teacher, sees the kitchen as a living laboratory where taste, tradition, and science come together. She loves experimenting, especially with desserts, combining technique, creativity, and the scents of home.
 Francesco is a car designer: precise, creative, and passionate about pizza. For him, dough-making is an act of love and care. He always seeks the perfect crust — tall, airy, and soft — which has become their signature.
 In their modern and welcoming kitchen, every recipe is an invitation to discover authentic flavors and share moments of conviviality: calzones, pizza, arancine, and a variety of desserts are their specialties.
