Imagine yourself in an enchanted kitchen, where colors and flavors come together in perfect harmony. In this cooking class, I invite you to discover the secrets of colorful gnocchi and create three unique and delicious dishes. Three or two preparations depending on the season. Green Gnocchi: spinach and ricotta meet to create a fresh and vibrant dish. We will accompany them with a tomato and basil sauce, . Red Gnocchi: a dip into Italian passion, where sun-dried tomato and basil come together to create an intense and flavorful dish. We'll prepair them with a meat sauce. White Gnocchi: a return to tradition, served with a classic butter and sage sauce. We will close on a high note with the classic dessert: Tiramisu.

- My husband and I booked two cookery classes for our trip to Torino: lasagne/tiramisu and gnocchi and risotto. Both classes were with Matteo. We had fabulously fun evenings at Matteo's apartment. He gave very clear instructions and was an excellent host. The Cesarine communication was excellent. Highly recommend booking a class with Matteo and we are planning to use this company again when we visit Napoli later in the year.
- We had a great time with Matteo and Ivan. We made the colorful gnocchi with Tiramisu, all of which was delicious! Well, I guess I have to say that, as we made it ourselves…. Matteo put us to work straight away, supervised and explained a lot. Nonchalantly we learned more about Italian lifestyle, Turins city vibes and secret tips of Italian cuisine. A very different and fun way to spend the evening! It doesn`t always have to be the nonna – Matteo and Ivan are easy playing in the same league!
