My husband and I booked two cookery classes for our trip to Torino: lasagne/tiramisu and gnocchi and risotto. Both classes were with Matteo. We had fabulously fun evenings at Matteo's apartment. He gave very clear instructions and was an excellent host. The Cesarine communication was excellent. Highly recommend booking a class with Matteo and we are planning to use this company again when we visit Napoli later in the year.
