In the heart of Turin city centre, my wife and I look forward to welcoming you to teach you how to prepare (and then recreate at home) some traditional recipes. She’ll be busy filling your glasses, whilst I’ll share a few tips and tricks to help you achieve fantastic results from a simple plate of pasta. Your family and friends will be amazed by your skills.

- Wonderful experience. Food was excellent and Alberto and his wife were lovely hosts, situated in a convenient and upscale area. Easy to chat with and full of local recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would recommend.
- It was a really nice workshop, a lot fun. Feeling like hanging out with friended while making delicious pastas and tiramisu. We enjoyed the warm welcome and guidance from Alberto and his wife and the fellow participants. Highly recommended this activity.
- Alberto and his wife were such gracious hosts! They knew how to make the small group, who did not know one another prior to meeting, feel comfortable with one another. As he coached us through the skills, Alberto explained not only what to do, but also what was happening within the ingredients and why the techniques he recommended were important. This prompted great conversation among the group, a truly international mix, about our own family favorites. In the time, we ended up with a variety of pastas and ways to flavor them, as well as a delicious dessert. Eating what we made Italian family style was the perfect finish!
