Join me in my cozy kitchen in Turin for a fun and informative food tour and cooking class.

We'll start at the bustling Piazza della Repubblica market, where we'll explore the stalls and sample some of the local cheeses, meats, and chocolates. Then we'll head back to my kitchen to prepare a traditional antipasto, handmade tajarin with butter sauce, and a delicious tiramisu dessert. Throughout the class, I'll share my family's recipes and techniques for making the perfect pasta dough, shaping and filling the tajarin, and layering the tiramisu. We'll use only the freshest, high-quality ingredients, many of which we'll pick up at the market. Whether you're an experienced cook or just starting out, this tour and cooking class is a great way to learn about Turin's food culture and traditions!

Five stars doesn’t do Benedetta justice. Incredibly attentive and welcome from before we started the evening. The warmth and family feel here was immediate. The journey of making our pasta and Tiramisu was thorough and well explained. The food that was served was out of this world in terms of flavour and how it was presented. Sharing the evening and meal with three generations of the family was an experience like no other and will always be a memory that I hold close to my heart as it’s truly what family is about. Benedetta you are a shining beacon of family life and of Italy. Thank so much, I won’t ever forget this experience.

What an experience!!! Benedetta welcomed us into her beautiful home. She was so accommodating and helpful, answering my many questions about pasta! The food was amazing, as was the wine and the many, many laughs! The best experience of my European holiday by far!!! Wonderful host, beautiful food, a really special family. 5*

Benedetta was the most gracious host. From the tour of the Merchantile to the Farmers Market for fresh fruits and vegetables, it was the most enjoyable experience. We made fresh pasta and bruschetta, tiramisu and appetizers for our lunch. Having her mother, Louise join us for lunch made the experience even more authentic. From the conversation and recipe sharing to favorite dishes—all the tips and tricks of preparing the perfect meal were shared with smiles and appreciation. Thank you—this was a wonderful memory!

This was such an amazing afternoon with wonderful food and hospitality from Benedetta, her mother, and daughter. Benedetta answered so many of our questions while guiding us through the process of making delicious pasta and tiramisu. We could not have chosen a better experience during our visit to Turin. We were instantly welcomed and felt as though we were family. Treat yourself to an unforgettable experience.

This was such a special experience! Benedetta was excellent teacher and was warm and kind and we felt like part of her family. She took great care in answering our questions and giving us the confidence to make these dishes at home. I highly recommend Benedetta and this experience.

Seductive, regal and a little French. There is always something to do in Turin: from the “Mole” to Venaria, from chocolate treats to a special dinner at Benedetta's house. Our Cesarina nurtures a passion for the culinary art, having enjoyed good food from an early age with her traditional recipes of Piedmont, prepared with fresh produce from the local markets. Simplicity, a light touch and excellent ingredients are fundamental elements in her kitchen. She also loves combining tradition with a touch of originality and innovation, thanks also to her passion (and profession) for art and design.
