Shared Experience
Your experience

Savor the true essence of Turin with an eco-friendly walking experience through historic markets and authentic local flavors.

We’ll begin at the lively Porta Palazzo Market, the largest open-air market in Europe, where we’ll explore colorful stalls filled with fresh, seasonal products. On our way back, we’ll stop at some iconic local food spots, such as the Antica Pizzicheria, Panificio La Renella, and the San Cosimato Market. Then we’ll head to my home, where we’ll enjoy a 2-hour cooking class and prepare together a typical Piedmontese recipe with fresh pasta, like tajarin, served with a seasonal sauce. We’ll end the experience with a glass of local wine, celebrating traditional cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I can’t wait to welcome you!

Everything about our cooking class with Benedetta was exceptional! The food was amazing, she went above and beyond being a chef and host for us. Best tiramisu I’ve ever had and can now make on my own! Will forever remember this experience and definitely recommend to anyone!!! Our teenage daughters loved it! And we came during a heat wave and were so thankful she had air conditioning.

Benedetta is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about food, and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. It was my first time making fresh pasta, and thanks to Benedetta’s clear instructions, we made delicious ricotta ravioli, tagliatelle, plin, tiramisù, and bagnetto verde. It was such a happy, relaxing afternoon, and the best part was sitting down together to enjoy the fresh homemade meal we had prepared. It felt like sharing lunch with family. It was also such a joy to meet Benedetta’s adorable mamma, who made the experience even more special. I highly recommend Benedetta to anyone looking for a true Italian cooking class full of passion, tradition, warmth, and amazing food. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful cooking experience with Benedetta at her house. She teached us how to make filled eggs, Ravioli and Tiramisu. I have written down the recipes and will definitely make it at home. It was very nice to sit at her dinner tabel to eat our own house made Italian food together with Benedetta, her mother Grande Mama and daughter. We highly recommend her cooking class.

We were received very warmly and hospitably by the hostess and Nonna. A relaxed afternoon followed in which the steps of making fresh ravioli were explained. The afternoon flew by. Many thanks, Bernadette and Nonna.

We had an exceptional evening at Benedetta's! A warm, family-like, and yet very professional welcome. I had never had such an experience. I have celiac disease, so gluten is strictly forbidden for me, and Benedetta (notified in advance) adapted the menu to be compatible with this constraint, while providing a delicious and local meal for our small group of five. The sharing was joyful, simple, and respectful. Her mother and daughter participated in the preparations and the meal, and we loved the atmosphere of this delicious dinner with rich interactions. A huge thank you!!!

Seductive, regal, and a little French — that’s Turin. There’s always something to do here: from the Mole Antonelliana to the Reggia di Venaria, from chocolate treats to a special dinner... at my house. I’ve nurtured a passion for the culinary arts since I was little, growing up surrounded by good food and traditional Piedmontese recipes, always prepared with fresh produce from the local markets. Simplicity, a light touch, and excellent ingredients are the foundation of my cooking. I also love blending tradition with a touch of originality and innovation — a passion that comes naturally to me, thanks to my background in art and design, which is also my profession.
