- Piedmont-style Bonet
Together we’ll prepare a menu that showcases Piedmont through some of its most characteristic flavours. We’ll get our hands dirty making tajarin, the traditional fresh pasta, which we’ll serve with pumpkin and hazelnuts – perfect for autumn. We’ll finish with my signature dish: bonet, the typical Piedmontese dessert made with cocoa and amaretti biscuits.
More than just a cookery class, it will be an opportunity to spend time together, cook, chat and discover my family’s traditional cuisine. At the end, we’ll enjoy what we’ve prepared together, in the hope that you’ll fall in love with Piedmont!

Cesarina from 2026Location: Turin (TO) Languages: Italian, English, Spanish, FrenchI inherited my passion for cooking and family recipes from my Piedmontese mother, from bunet and bagna cauda to the great classics of the local tradition. During the years I spent in London, I especially deepened my knowledge of pastry-making and bread-making, and I also became president of the university Baking Society. My sourdough starter, Clara Dough, has now become a regular feature in my recipes. For me, cooking is above all about sharing and creating connections between people and different cultures. I speak English, French and Spanish fluently, and I love sharing the story of Turin through its flavours, recipes and the pleasure of cooking together.
