An absolutely wonderful day with Lucia! She was a superb host showing us around the market on the morning. Allowing us to look at all the sites and interact with the locals and trying some special treats at the market. We then had an afternoon coffee at a local bar with some sweet treats to give us all the energy for the pasta making. We the. Learned how to make typical Apulian paste in two forms and learned how to make a traditional simple tomato sauce with the ingredients we bought at the market. And to top it all off we made tiramisu from scratch because you can’t have a pasta with out the dolce. Overall, 10/10 experience for the authenticity and how wonderful Lucia was to us. Grazie ancora Lucia e spero che ci vediamo a presto.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Patrizia! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Patrizia is such a warm, kind and lovely person and also an amazing teacher. She was very patient with us, explained every step clearly and shared so many useful tips and techniques. We learned a lot during the workshop and really feel that we can take this knowledge home with us and recreate the dishes ourselves. The whole experience was relaxed, authentic and full of positive energy. And the setting made it even more special – Patrizia has a beautiful, charming home and an absolutely lovely garden, which created the perfect atmosphere. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Rimini. This was much more than just a cooking class – it felt like being welcomed into a real Italian home and experiencing a little piece of Italian culture and hospitality. Thank you for your patience, kindness and for making this experience so memorable. We would happily come back again and can wholeheartedly recommend your cooking classes to anyone visiting Rimini! ❤️
