- Maurizio was a lovely host. He made us very welcome in his home. The class was very relaxed and he got you on board cooking. He gave us some great tips on how best to make pasta dough. Layer the lasagne and use butter on the top to get a crunch. I would definitely text a class with Maurizio

Between laughs and a few anecdotes here and there, he revealed and showed us the secrets to making proper homemade pasta; the sauces he prepared were DIVINE!
