: We would like to thank Deborah for the nice and personal touch she gave to the evening, we all enjoyed it very much. Already after a few minutes it felt more like an evening with friends. And as a side effect we learned the secrets how to make the perfect orecchiette.
: Absolutely brilliant. Deborah and her friend hosted us in her friends beautiful home. We made tiramisu, gnocchi and a sweet little ear shaped pasta. It was much harder than it looked! The ladies were so friendly and interesting and we then ate our meal together. They gave us great recommendations for the rest of our stay too.
: Debby was a fantastic teacher, hostess and ambassador for Bologna! Really enjoyed learning to make two different types of fresh pasta and tiramisu. It was such a cool experience to be invited into Debby's home to learn more about everyday life in Bologna and Debby openly shared stories about her family, work, studies and hobbies. Wonderful experience and a fantastic teacher, so glad I did this. Would highly recommend!!!
