Welcome to my home in the hills of Bologna, an oasis of tranquility ideal for discovering the culinary tradition of Bologna! During this 3-hour experience, you will have the opportunity to taste the authentic flavors of this city in an exclusive atmosphere.
The program begins with a welcome aperitif, consisting of mixed appetizers prepared with typical local ingredients. This is followed by a dinner with iconic dishes: classic tagliatelle al ragù and traditional involtino alla Bolognese, accompanied by a selection of carefully chosen local wines. Dessert is a delicious homemade fiordilatte ice cream with Fabbri black cherries, served with a good coffee.

- Our cooking class with Roberta was so much fun. We had a great three hours cooking two types of pasta, sauce and tiramisu. Roberta was patient, great at giving us lots of helpful tips and was so hospitable. She took the time to get to know us and offered us some choices on the day based on the things we like. We would highly recommend a class with Roberta if you’re visiting Bologna. Do not hesitate to book with her.

- Truthfully, we couldn’t expect more wonderful experience. Roberta made us feel like at home. We learnt how to make tagliatelle, tortellini and wonderful tiramisu. She is really kind and patient and also flexible with our cooking preferences. We also learnt a lot about production, origin and differences between different region of Italy. You can feel that she puts whole heart in cooking and it’s really not only the food but passion behinds it.

From the typical lasagna and tagliatelle to the classic Tuscan pappa al pomodoro, my kitchen represents a fusion of these regional influences. The journey through traditional flavors continues with favorites like tiramisu and the iconic Prato biscuits, perfect for dipping into Vin Santo. My kitchen reflects my passion for tradition and the joy of sharing these gastronomic pleasures with others.
