We start by sipping a glass of fine wine and sampling delicious appetizers. Then we begin preparing Balanzoni bolognesi, a variation of tortelloni typical of Bologna, made with green spinach pasta and filled with ricotta, Parmigiano, and mortadella. We knead the dough, roll it out, and seal it to perfection.
Finally, we will prepare traditional tiramisu, a dessert that symbolizes Italian cuisine. We will conclude at the table, enjoying all our creations together.

- We learned how to make great lasagna & tiramisu, and we also laughed a lot and enjoyed the company. The food was more than delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed, in short, the best masterclass. We definitely recommend it to anyone who loves Italian food!!

- We loved our pasta making lesson with Andrea and Marta. It was more than a lesson. We learned how to make pasta by hand and then made raviolo with soft egg and ricotta filling and tagliatelle with a garlic mushroom sauce. We also made tiramisu the proper Italian way. We all sat down and ate our recipes together like an Italian family! Cooking with Marta and Andrea’s in their home was very special. We would recommend anyone to come and join such an experience. We feel so lucky.
