I will welcome you into my ground-floor home, nestled in the tranquillity of a charming private garden, where we can begin the experience with a small welcome aperitif in a relaxed and authentic atmosphere.

Together we will prepare the traditional sfoglia lorda and cappelletti, strictly served in broth, in keeping with the most authentic Romagna tradition.

We’ll finish with a delicious tiramisu.

The whole meal will be accompanied by an excellent local Pignoletto, followed by a good Italian coffee, as tradition dictates.

A convivial, simple and refined experience, to make you feel truly at home in Bologna.

Olga was so kind and knowledgeable! Learning from her felt like cooking with a friend. I’ve left my lesson with an improved understanding of the mechanics of pasta making, some Bologna recommendations, a full stomach, and light spirits from friendly conversation. I highly recommend Olga to anyone looking for a Bolognese cooking class, I had so much fun!

Olga’s private pasta making class was one of my favorite experiences in Bologna. The setting in a real local home made it feel so authentic and gave the whole experience a very different feel from a typical cooking class. We made three different pasta shapes, and Olga was such a patient and knowledgeable teacher. She really paid attention to my technique and taught me all the little details that make a difference. The best part, of course, was eating the fresh pasta we had made! We had such a nice time chatting about Italy, Bologna, food, traditions, and life. Such a warm, fun, and memorable experience. Olga definitely made me want to cook! ❤️

A truly unforgettable experience in Bologna! 🇮🇹❤️ I had the pleasure of joining Olga’s cooking class, and it was much more than a pasta lesson — it was a beautiful journey through Italian traditions, flavors, and memories. Learning how to prepare tortelloni, tagliatelle and tiramisù with Olga was a very special moment. Her passion, kindness, and dedication made the experience even more wonderful. Thank you, Olga, for sharing your knowledge, your recipes, and the love you put into every detail. I will carry this beautiful memory with me and recreate these dishes at home with great affection. A must-have experience for anyone who wants to discover the true heart of Italian cuisine in Bologna! ✨ Grazie mille, Olga! ❤️

My cooking always starts with handmade pasta — that slow, precise gesture of rolling out the dough, choosing the right shape, feeling the mixture come to life between your fingers. Traditional Italian first courses are my greatest love: I prepare them with care, pairing them with rich, fragrant sauces built on simple ingredients and plenty of time. And it never ends without something sweet: from the great classics to my lighter variations, because a meal without a little sweetness at the end isn't really complete.
