We had such a fantastic experience taking a private cooking class with Benedetta in her home during our family’s first time in Florence! From start to finish, she was such a warm, welcoming, and talented teacher. Her home was absolutely beautiful, and it was so special to get to experience an authentic Italian cooking experience in such a pretty setting. We made two different pastas and tiramisu, and every dish was delicious. Benedetta was so patient and made everything feel fun and approachable, even for those of us who aren’t experienced cooks. Alessandra was also so kind & wonderful! This was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Florence. We left with full stomachs, new cooking skills, and such a memorable experience with our family. We would absolutely recommend Benedetta to anyone looking for a genuine, intimate, and delicious Italian cooking experience!

I am self taught cooking including pasta frequently. I did a 3 hour class with my daughter and son in law who both enjoy cooking too but have limited experience making pasta. We all learnt so much from Sabrina. We made ravioli, gnocchi and almond/pistacchio biscuits. Doing it with an expert sharing the hands on techniques step by step was great. I learnt so much in mixing and hand rolling. Feeling when it was at the right point. Sabrina was so generous. Opening her home, kitchen and pantry for us. We are our final production of her grandmothers serving platter! Highly recommended.

Ofelia & Leonardo hosted us at their home and Ofelia was amazing with her culinary art as well as her stories of cooking with her family and cooking in Rome! Alessandra is wonderful! She provided us with a peaceful setting surrounded by fruit trees, herbs, and a garden, not to mention the beautiful view! She is a great hostess and a fabulous chef. The cooking class was relaxed, informative, fun and easy to follow. We have been in Sorento four days and the food she taught us to make is by far the most delicious food we had! 10 out of 10 recommend😊❤️
