    One of the true cornerstones of world-famous Emilian cuisine. Lasagna has always been the star of Sunday lunches with the whole family.

    You will learn how to roll out the puff pastry (strictly green), make béchamel sauce and compose our lasagna. Next, depending on the season, we will cook a spoon dessert, so as to always ensure quality and freshness of raw materials (example: tiramisu, lemon mousse, panna cotta, etc.)

    Maurizio and his partner Marco were the definition of hospitable. They welcomed us into their home with amazing made food and kept us laughing the whole time. They also provided a truly unique food tour around Bologna demonstrating their knowledge of the town's history whilst knowing where to go for the best local cuisine. I highly recommend this experience and cannot wait to see them again one day.

    What a great experience! The hosts were so nice and welcoming. They taught us all about pasta making with a lot of tips. Provided snacks, wine, and cute dogs/cats! So sweet, and a lovely time. Would recommend and go back!

    Excellent! I booked this as a birthday gift for myself - it was worth every penny! Maurizio is so lovely and great to learn from. He made the whole experience fun and straightforward. I can now make authentic and incredibly delicious tiramisu and bruschetta - all made in my own kitchen as I booked an online course. No doubt it would have been wonderful to learn in Maurizio’s beautiful kitchen with him in person too. Would highly recommend to anyone!
