One of the true cornerstones of world-famous Emilian cuisine. Lasagna has always been the star of Sunday lunches with the whole family.
You will learn how to roll out the puff pastry (strictly green), make béchamel sauce and compose our lasagna. Next, depending on the season, we will cook a spoon dessert, so as to always ensure quality and freshness of raw materials (example: tiramisu, lemon mousse, panna cotta, etc.)

- We highly recommend Maurizio's cooking class! He’s not only a fantastic teacher who makes learning pasta fun and easy, but he also has so much charm and character that he truly made our day special. We learned to make three different types of pasta and enjoyed them together. Maurizio shared interesting stories about Bologna and gave us great local restaurant tips. The whole experience was warm, relaxed, and full of joy. We left with wonderful memories and gratitude for such a lovely day. Thank you, Maurizio!
