    One of the true cornerstones of world-famous Emilian cuisine. Lasagna has always been the star of Sunday lunches with the whole family.

    You will learn how to roll out the puff pastry (strictly green), make béchamel sauce and compose our lasagna. Next, depending on the season, we will cook a spoon dessert, so as to always ensure quality and freshness of raw materials (example: tiramisu, lemon mousse, panna cotta, etc.)

    Uber dropped us off in residential area and at first I was a bit concerned. But in a min or so, Mauricio showed up with his beautiful big smile and welcomed us and took us to his beautiful house. We took our 6 and 8 year old boys and they enjoyed making pasta so much! Mauricio was very patient and gave us a great instruction. His partner was so bubbly and nice as well! We had a great conversation, we learned how to make pasta and now my kids are spoiled and they only want to eat homemade pasta! Haha Thanks to Mauricio to open up his home for us to have such an amazing experience. Highly recommend him!! Xoxo

Maurizio was a delightful host with attention to every detail, and yet effortlessly making everyone feel right at home.     We had an amazing evening with Maurizio. He made us feel like family and welcomed us into his home. I am not the greatest of cooks (the wife is) but he made me feel so comfortable and confident and I discovered that I am pretty good if I follow directions! This was one of the highlights of our trip and I would highly recommend Maurizio.
