    One of the true cornerstones of world-famous Emilian cuisine. Lasagna has always been the star of Sunday lunches with the whole family.

    You will learn how to roll out the puff pastry (strictly green), make béchamel sauce and compose our lasagna. Next, depending on the season, we will cook a spoon dessert, so as to always ensure quality and freshness of raw materials (example: tiramisu, lemon mousse, panna cotta, etc.)
