Shared Experience
Your experience

A warm welcome to my home in the hills of Bologna, an oasis of tranquility where I will guide you through a unique experience dedicated to the typical Bolognese aperitivo.

During these 3 hours together, we will prepare traditional Bolognese tigelle, piadina romagnola and pesto modenese and then enjoy them together with cheeses, such as Parmigiano Reggiano and squacquerone, cold cuts such as mortadella, sauces and jams. We will taste everything accompanied by carefully chosen local wines such as Prosecco or Lambrusco. We will also prepare tiramisu, which we will enjoy at the end of the meal along with a good coffee.

I am waiting for you to share tradition and conviviality in a cozy atmosphere!

Roberta was phenomenal and provided everything we hoped for in a Bolognese cooking class, and more. The ricotta and spinach ravioli, and tagliatelle and ragu with her direction was an easy contender for one of our favorite meals in Bologna. And sweet baby Jesus, her tiramisu was the almost forgotten cherry on top after we indulged in the fresh pasta courses, but not one of us left a single bite uneaten. The experience as a whole was so fun and Roberta was incredibly welcoming and accommodating to my family. The class was one of the highs of our whole trip.

I had a wonderful time with Roberta in her beautiful kitchen. She is extremely knowledgeable about Italian cuisine and cooking, and answered all my questions with enthusiasm. The experience was very hands on - I made tagliatelle and spinach ricotta tortilloni, as well as tiramisu for desert. Everything was delicious and I enjoyed the yummy aperitivo prepared by Roberta! Highly recommend!

I love my kitchen both as a space and as a working environment. I enjoy getting my hands in the dough to make pasta, including thin sheets and shortcrust pastry. Being Tuscan, my cuisine is a blend of Tuscan and Emiliana traditions. From the typical lasagna and tagliatelle to the classic Tuscan pappa al pomodoro, my kitchen represents a fusion of these regional influences. The journey through traditional flavors continues with favorites like tiramisu and the iconic Prato biscuits, perfect for dipping into Vin Santo. My kitchen reflects my passion for tradition and the joy of sharing these gastronomic pleasures with others.
