I will teach you different closing techniques, from the most traditional to the most original. All in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, sipping a good prosecco while having fun in the kitchen. I organized a show cooking evening with all the people from the office, I was a little apprehensive about how it would go, but thanks to the kind hospitality of Silvia and her husband we spent moments of joy and fun, learning to cook her recipes together. And in the end, the dinner was excellent! I must say Silvia is a wonderful hostess who immediately made us feel comfortable. Definitely to be repeated, even with family.
