One of Bologna's culinary treasures is tortellino, but it takes an expert hand to make the perfect bite. Take a little bit of Bologna home with you by learning how to prepare this traditional dish with a Cesarina during this cooking class.

Each student will have their own workstation to learn and immediately put into practice what they have learned during the course, which will focus on rolling out the dough with a rolling pin and making the perfect tortellino, ready to be recreated at home. At the end of the course, we will sit down at the table to enjoy the tortellini accompanied by a delicious dessert and excellent local wine.

I organized a show cooking evening with all the people from the office, I was a little apprehensive about how it would go, but thanks to the kind hospitality of Silvia and her husband we spent moments of joy and fun, learning to cook her recipes together. And in the end, the dinner was excellent! I must say Silvia is a wonderful hostess who immediately made us feel comfortable. Definitely to be repeated, even with family.
