Welcome to my home in the hills of Bologna for a unique experience dedicated to potato gnocchi!
First we will prepare tiramisu, the quintessential Italian dessert, which will rest while we enjoy a welcome drink. Next, I will guide you step by step through the gnocchi making process, from the dough to the strands, to creating the perfect gnocchi. We will dress them with tomato or butter and sage and enjoy them together, accompanied by selected local wines.
We will end with our tiramisu and a good coffee. I will welcome you in an environment with attention to detail to share tradition, taste and conviviality!

- Roberta is truly a special Cesarina. She is a super welcoming and kind person. I prepared tagliatelle, tortelloni, and tiramisu with her, all excellent and plentiful! We chatted a lot, she answered all my questions, guided me in rolling out the pasta, and gave me valuable culinary advice. Highly recommended!
